Another 6mo mayster checking in

Actually it will be 6 mo tomorrow. (the 13th) but wanted to share today. Made my goal of 75lbs lost... Im now 185 which puts me in the overweight catagory instead of obese... Now thats a landmark... I havent been this low since my 11yr old was 18 mo old... Im wearing a very comfortable or loose (depending on cut)size 14 which I havent been in since the same time frame as above. Im thrilled. I feel sooooooooooooo much better. Im 25-35 lbs from goal. Im feeling good. Im much more clear headed. I can eat most things without problems. I feel "normal" again. Its absolutely amazing how far gone I was and didnt realize it. Keep up the good work maysters... Karen

Way to go, Karen! I have my 6 month checkup on Monday, I can't wait to see my doc. I was really hoping to hit the century club when I see her, but I've got a pound or two to go by my scale, and her scale always weighs a little heavier (later in the day, clothes on, etc.) Keep up the great work!

Isn't this so much fun!!! wearing smaller sizes that haven't fit in... forever???? Feeling great and enjoying the satisfaction of accomplishing our own personal goals ( for a change)!
