Bravo on the poundage lost, Eastern Star! What do you think kicked it in gear for you? Added protein? No carbs? Increase in water? Increase in exercise? Or all of the above?
How much protein does your doctor want you to get in a day?

Hello Angela!
I think that it wa sthe added protein and NO CARBS that did it. I truly do! My doc says anywhere from 80-100g of protein a day. ANd that's VERY easy to get. Did you enjoy the tuna steaks. I'm going to be eatting those steaks for luch and dinner for a while or until I get tired of eatting them. They are very good over lettuce, or with some steamed beans.
I was a bad girl yesterday. No exercise and not enough water.
Today has got to be a better day!!!!!

1 oz cheese - 7 g protein
S - Stallone pudding - 10 g protein ( I can only eat 1/2 can)
D - Lasagna - 15 g protein

I have a water goal today of 80 oz!!!!
Exercise: I'm going walking with a friend of mine. We should be able to do 3 miles. I'm adding in ankle weights as well.
