Day 5 and still standing...I have lost 5POUNDS so far so we DO know that this works early am: Nectar Protein 23g protein breakfast: chunk light tuna 19g protein snack: nectar protein 23g protein lunch: chunk light tuna 19g protein dinner: tuna w/ steam beans 19g protein snack: nectar protein 23g protein ***100oz of water to keep things flowing well

Bravo on the poundage lost, Eastern Star! What do you think kicked it in gear for you? Added protein? No carbs? Increase in water? Increase in exercise? Or all of the above? How much protein does your doctor want you to get in a day? I found the tuna steaks you were raving about, and I am trying one for lunch today. Yummy! Keep up the great work! Hello Angela! I think that it wa sthe added protein and NO CARBS that did it. I truly do! My doc says anywhere from 80-100g of protein a day. ANd that's VERY easy to get. Did you enjoy the tuna steaks. I'm going to be eatting those steaks for luch and dinner for a while or until I get tired of eatting them. They are very good over lettuce, or with some steamed beans.

I was a bad girl yesterday. No exercise and not enough water. Today has got to be a better day!!!!! B - 1 oz cheese - 7 g protein S - water, water, water L - tuna fish - 19 g protein 1 oz cheese - 7 g protein S - Stallone pudding - 10 g protein ( I can only eat 1/2 can) D - Lasagna - 15 g protein S - Hot Choc with protein powder - 9 g protein Protein - 67 grams total I have a water goal today of 80 oz!!!! Exercise: I'm going walking with a friend of mine. We should be able to do 3 miles. I'm adding in ankle weights as well. Laurie
