Another survey- STAPLES
I do the SB bars too. There are easy to grab and go with all my Kindergartners running around and I feel good they have 10 g. of protein. I do lots of cheese and I love, love fruit. I can't do any of the other SB things like pizza and wraps. My pouch doesn't care for the bread stuff much. I love Starbucks Unsweetened Shaken Green Iced Tea.

Guess I should say Good Morning Maysters!
I usually start the morning with coffee w/1 scoop choc. Body Fortress protein pwdr. fr.Walmart
Some mornings I put 1 scoop in milk and add 1 pkt. of sweetner and It tastes just like Carnation inst. breakfast to me and much cheaper.
Today I ate a whole wheat hi fiber english muffin with peanut btr. and Sugarfree jelly. Sometimes bready foods don't sit well but this was great and stayed w/me for hours.
Keep alot of lite yogurt on hand for snacks.
I also like the south beach bars...so does my youngest dtr. so we shopped tonight and I had her buy her own I like the PB and bought the chocolate to try out.
Bought a power crunch bar at Vit. Shoppe last wk and man are they great!!! I am afraid they are soooo good I would gobble them up unwisely if I bought a whole box. (not cheap)
like the soy crisps but the salt does not like me
When I feel like I need a special treat I get a vanilla cone from Mc D's
helps me w/portion control, the one near me has them so cold there is almost ice crystals in it...the colder the better for me.
other than that I am trying to begin to eat regular foods and learn to eat normally. Whatever that is. ( respecting the pouch, of course)
