We are doing our thing MAYERS Ok...todays menu is as follows Early AM- Nectar Protein 23g protein Breakfast- boiled egg 4g protein Snack- Nectar Protein 23g protein Lunch- Chunk light tuna w/lettuce 19g protein Dinner-Chunk light tuna w/lettuce 19g protein Snack- Nectar Protein 23g protein evening walk 2.5 miles I will drink 100oz of water by the end of the day and take ALL vitamins by noon. **please drink PLENTY of water, as taking in large amounts of PROTEIN WILL CONSTIPATE YOU. Here's my menu for the day B - Kashi Go Lean cereal 13 g protein S - 1 oz cheese 7g protein L - tuna fish 19 g protein S - sf hot choc with protein added 10 g protein D - ??? got to get groceries first. LOL Water - my goal today is 65 oz Exercise - gonna go for a walk (hopefully about 3 miles) Laurie - bound and determined to make today better then yesterday!!

Today Breakfast- 23 g nectar protein drink lunch-same dinner- same I have a cold, and I dont feel like eating...I will drink 64 oz of water,and consume all vitamins, I did some jumping jacks this am, and I'm gonna do some sit ups now. maybe later I can eat a solid

B - Power Crunch bar L - 1/2 c. refried beans with cheese S - Soy Crisps D - Chicken & steamed cauliflower S (maybe) - cheese stick 49 g. protein 80 oz. water/vitamins by noon Today's a walking day: 30 minutes walking The scale has actually moved since starting this thread. Thanks, Steph!
