Breakfast- boiled egg 4g protein
Snack- Nectar Protein 23g protein
Lunch- Chunk light tuna w/lettuce 19g protein
Dinner-Chunk light tuna w/lettuce 19g protein
Snack- Nectar Protein 23g protein
evening walk 2.5 miles
I will drink 100oz of water by the end of the day and take ALL vitamins by noon.
**please drink PLENTY of water, as taking in large amounts of PROTEIN WILL CONSTIPATE YOU.

Exercise - gonna go for a walk (hopefully about 3 miles)
