Day 3
We are ROLLING MAYERS...I have already dropped 3pounds...so I know that this IS working...Well here we go on day three
Early AM- Nectar Protein 23g protein
Breakfast- Zesty Lemon Peper Tuna(5oz) 36g protein
Snack- Nectar Protein 23g protein
lunch- Tuna(5oz) 36g protein
Dinner- Steamed Beans & Tuna 37g protein
***I plan to drink 100oz of water...and take all vitamins by noon.
Please make sure to DRINK,DRINK,DRINK eatting lots of protein WILL constipate you.

Well, no exercise for me, cuz I feel like crap.
No breakfast only water, water, water
lunch-1/2 cheeze calzone
snack- 23g nectar drink
dinner - another protein drink, I think with the two supplements, and the calzone I will make my minimum of 60 gr of protein, or maybe I'll eat some meat tonight...Vitamins are good, 1 dose left.
Mind if I join in?
I plan to do my weight training today (bench press, back press, front press, tricep extensions, concentrated curls).
Keep my calories below 1000, drink 64 oz water (plus other sf beverages), take 2 multi-vitamins and 2 calcium.

I've dropped 2 pounds!!!!!
Today was a very bad day. I'm completely STRESSED!!! I'm sick to my stomach from it and I can not eat.
B - 20 oz water
L - the inside of a soft taco from Taco Bell
Drink - 2 medium glasses of ice tea (drank over 1.5 hrs while chatting)
S - 1 oz cheese
D - 1 oz chicken
Now I've got to run out the door to get to church, I'll come home and collapse!!! No exercise for me today. Tomorrow is going to be a worse day then today (UGH) so don't know what it will hold at all.
