IT IS HUMP DAY!!!
Go TJ . . . Go TJ . . .
Dancing is great! I am here at work this morning at 4:30 so I can get some things done before I have outpatient surgery later today. But, I guess if I'm posting right now, I'm not doing much work! Plus, I have the Black Eyed Peas playing in the background! The surgery is no big deal -- having a cyst/mass removed from my lower back. Now that I've lost weight, I can really feel it and it bugs me when I work out. What a problem to complain about!
Hump day is great!
Make it a great day!

Mornin' Angela! I have a question about your cyst/mass on your lower back. I have one too! Could you email me with the details of yours? Mine doesn't bother me so much except that now that I've lost weight, it can be seen under my skin. It is on my lower back over my spine. My PCP says it is just fatty tissue.
Thanks and best wishes for a problem free surgery and recovery!
Diane
Hey Diane,
Mine is also just fatty tissue. It's on the small of my back and about the size of a walnut. My doc always said don't worry about it unless it bothered me. Well, it bothers me now, because when I work out, I can feel it, and kind of bruise it once in a while. My PCP just referred me to a general surgeon to have it taken out. He's doing it as outpatient instead of an in office procedure, just in case there is excess bleeding, etc. Of course, he's sending it to the labs just to make sure it's not something else, but he said it's very common. It should be no big deal. I'll let you know how it goes.
