Protein,Water, Vitamins & Exercise
Okay, here is what my day has consisted of:
Breakfast - 1/2 cup apple juice
mid-morning - mac. & cheese with little smoky sausages
lunch - mac. & cheese with little smoky sausages
mid-afternoon - 2 miniature butterfinger bars
mid-afternoon - 6 cheese pringles
1 glass of Sierra Mist Free
No vitamins
No calcium
No Iron
No prilosec....but going to consume all that right now.
Now Now...before you gripe at me. Dont. I am ticked off at myself enough and determined that tomorrow will be a much better day. Damn...i better start this dagblasted period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
