Protein,Water, Vitamins & Exercise
I didn't receive many responses ...But the show MUST go ON...for those that are ready lets rool Below is my agenda for today
6am 2.5 mile walk
B: Boiled egg 6g protein
S: Nectar Protein 23g protein
L: Tuna over Lettuce 19g protein
S: Nectar Protein 23g protein
D: tuna 19g protein
S: Nectar Protein 23g proteim
7pm 1.5 mile walk
Total of 113g of protein
in Between meals...I'll be drinking at least 80oz of water, and by 12noon, I would have taken all my vitamins. I will also be praying that this WILL get the scale moving again

I do agree that something needs to be done here. I'm too close to goal to quit now!!!!!
B: Egg & cheese omlette - 18g protein
S: sf hot choc. with protein - 10g protein
L: tuna 2 0z - 14 g protein
S: 1 oz cheese - 7 g protein
D: Boco Burger - 15 g protein
Good Grief - I'm still only at 64 grams of protein and this is a HIGH GOAL for me today!!!!!!!!
Water - 70 oz would be a good day for me today.
Exercise - I'm going to go an hour on the gazelle tonight while watching TV. It hurts my hernia, but since I'm going to have this thing for a few more months, I'm gonna just exercise anyway!!

swim laps - 1 mile (45 minutes) - check
decaf tea - 20 oz. - check
breakfast - Power Crunch Bar - 14 gr. protein - check
water - 20 oz. (to take morning vitamins) - check
decaf tea - 20 oz.
lunch - 1/2 pouch tuna - 21 gr. protein
lettuce, mayo
afternoon snack - soy crisps - 7 gr. protein
water - 20 oz.
dinner - 3 oz. salmon - 20 gr. protein
lettuce, salad dressing
water - 20 oz. (to take evening vitamins)
evening snack - string cheese - 8 gr. protein
Liquid: 100 oz.
Protein: 70 gr.
Exercise: 45 minutes

Pre-B: Nectar Protein (scoop and a half) 34-35 grams
1/2 cup of coffee with half and half
B: Chicken salad
Walk up and down 4 flights - repeated 4 times
L: Salad w/ grilled chicken
Walk up and down 4 flights - repeated 4 times
S: Nectar Protein (scoop and a half) 34-35 grams
D: Taco salad (ground beef with reduced sodium taco seasoning over salad mix, cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream)
50 push-ups (bent knee - nose to carpet - not continuous - get to about 15 and then redo)
50 bicep curls each arm (5 lb weight)
Plus arm flies, chest presses, shoulder presses, etc
Sit-ups
S: Nectar Protein (scoop and a half) 34-35 grams
100 grams of protein from supplements alone
At least 60 oz of pure water (3 water bottles full)

5:30 am 15 minutes treadmill, 45 minutes strength training. Done!

S: Quaker oats weight control 7 g protein
22 almonds 6 g protein
small pear 1 g protein
L: Homemade Peasant Stew (it is really a chicken chili) 27 g protein
S: Carbvantage protein drink 15 g protein
D: Homemade Peasant Stew 27 g protein
I am going for 80 oz of water. I've taken all my vitamins (will be working on my chewable calcium citrates all day). My protein intake for the day will be 91 grams.
