Exercise,Protein,Water & Vitamin Train

I have been reading SOOOOOO many e-mails and post about how we have been stuck at the same weight for several weeks, to include myself. We ARE NOT going to beat ourselves up
, or go
over it. What we are going to do is DO WHAT WE KNOW IS BEST...That's right
We are going to ride the Exercise,Protein,Water & Vitamin Train
Starting tomorrow I'm going to bump it up a couple of notches
and if you want to join me.....lets ride
I'm going to walk an EXTRA mile a day, up my PROTEIN & WATER, and continue taking my Vitamins, and that WILL get the scale moving. I will have NO MORE than 20carbs a DAY...
