Exercise,Protein,Water & Vitamin Train

I have been reading SOOOOOO many e-mails and post about how we have been stuck at the same weight for several weeks, to include myself. We ARE NOT going to beat ourselves up, or go over it. What we are going to do is DO WHAT WE KNOW IS BEST...That's right
We are going to ride the Exercise,Protein,Water & Vitamin Train
Starting tomorrow I'm going to bump it up a couple of notches
and if you want to join me.....lets ride
I'm going to walk an EXTRA mile a day, up my PROTEIN & WATER, and continue taking my Vitamins, and that WILL get the scale moving. I will have NO MORE than 20carbs a DAY...
