Okay, I might as well throw in my two cents on the topic of the ugly world of plateaus. I have been on 228 for a while now...it went up to 230 yesterday and today back down to 229???? whats tomorrow....I will tell you what tomorrow is, probably my period...and won't that be lovely!! Oh well, still feel good!!!

Thanks, Vicki! Seems like several of us are a bit stuck. In fact, several are stuck in that 180-zone. I have been exercising - doing lots of stairs at work and then push-ups (nose to the carpet types) and weights for upper body. Need to shake things up though. Perhaps tomorrow! Kathy
