Just Overweight!

G'morning all... I'm up early cuz Livvie woke up and I figured at this point I might as well stay up. I'm having some serious issues regarding what Laurie posted about the other day as well - worst in my entire life... It's kind of freaking me out. But, in spite of that, or maybe, BECAUSE of that, I am now officially only Overweight. I weighed in at 190 this morning, which puts me 3 pounds from the Century Club and at a BMI of 29.7... WOOHOO!!!

Congrats! I am just 3 pounds away from 'overweight' too!! How funny that we get excited about being overweight, but it is a HUGE accomplishment. KEEP IT UP! Stacy 346/218

Becky - I thought for sure I'd drop three pounds or so just from it being "that time" but NOPE, not one pound. It is pretty strange! I did make an appointment with the ob/gyn. It has been a long time since I've had any exam (like 8 years) so I need to go in anyway. Hope you're feeling better soon. WOW, You'll be in teh Century Club before you know it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol, Im 3 plbs from being overweight too????? Whats with that... 3 must be the number of the month. Will take a 3 lbs lost this month... Im getting between 3-6 per month anyway. Iam 187 or 188 depending on how the needle sways... However I have been extemely bad with grazing this week... didint get PMS grazing but DMS grazing (during menstrual stuff.) what a pain. So, im guzzling water here trying not to stuff my face.. ackkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk Karen

Becky, This is terrific! I was happy because I went from a starting BMI of 56.7 which is "super morbidly obese" to 41 now, which is extremely obese. Seems weird to be happy about that. Lori 384/280/170
