6 month check-up

Hello everyone We all should be coming up (if not already) on our 6 month post-op check-up. I actually had mine on Oct. 31st, but tomorrow (Nov 4th) is my actual 6 month anniversary. Anyways, so far I have lost 131 pounds!! That is 72% of my excess body weight! My surgeon is very happy and said I am doing great. I told him that I have been slipping the past 2 weeks or so, hubby is getting ready for a 6 month deployment. My exercise is diminishing and my 'snacking' is not so good, but I am going to get a hold of this and continue to lose! Feel free to add your own 6 month check-up results!! Good luck to us all!! My six month check up was today, even though it's not really six months until next week. I had officially lost 98.5 pounds according to their scale, even though mine at home says 100. I'm still thrilled. She said I was doing well and should just keep doing what I'm doing. I'm thrilled! ~Wanda 294/194
