I don't dump on anything!!!
I feel like I am falling back into some old, bad eating habits. Ther is candy in the house. I am eating it, alittle here and alittle there. I don't dump on anything. I also seem to be able to eat alot more than I think I should. I need a good kick in the pants. A post by Tom inspired me to go sugar free. Taking that first step is difficult.
Thus far I have lost 73 pounds, I have 30 more to go, well, closer to 40, but I'll be happy with 30. Shoot, at this point, I'll be happy with 10 more!!
I need to get back on track with drinking water, walking, and staying away from sugar.

No kick from me. I'm the same way but not with sugar, just keeping on track in general is difficult!! But you're righ****er, walking, (I'll add in protein) and then you're back on track!!!!!
We can get rid of the last of this weight!!!! We can, We can, I know we can (rah rah rah)

Well, I've done better today,
protien drink for breakfast, chicken wings for lunch, chili for dinner, snack for saltines and peanutbutter after lunch. Didn't go for a walk today, but I will tomorrow.
Thank you for all the supprot, it is nice to know that I am not off in left field with all this!
