I don't dump on anything!!!

I feel like I am falling back into some old, bad eating habits. Ther is candy in the house. I am eating it, alittle here and alittle there. I don't dump on anything. I also seem to be able to eat alot more than I think I should. I need a good kick in the pants. A post by Tom inspired me to go sugar free. Taking that first step is difficult. Thus far I have lost 73 pounds, I have 30 more to go, well, closer to 40, but I'll be happy with 30. Shoot, at this point, I'll be happy with 10 more!! I need to get back on track with drinking water, walking, and staying away from sugar.

Oh Mary - You know what you did, you've seen the error of your ways, and you know what to do next --- Good for you!!!!! No kick from me. I'm the same way but not with sugar, just keeping on track in general is difficult!! But you're righ****er, walking, (I'll add in protein) and then you're back on track!!!!! Mary, do what Tom did! Stomp on that candy and throw it away! Much easier to stay away from it if it isn't in the house. You CAN do it! Good luck.

Hi Mary, I am with ya too... I don't dump on anything either.. just feel crappy if I eat to much or don't chew my food enough. It is scarey to think we can actually eat more things now. I know I am scared too! Hugs Marla

me too, i don't dump either! But I do hurt when I eat a lot, some good days some bad days...I also have 40 more pounds to lose...we'll see

Well, I've done better today, protien drink for breakfast, chicken wings for lunch, chili for dinner, snack for saltines and peanutbutter after lunch. Didn't go for a walk today, but I will tomorrow. Thank you for all the supprot, it is nice to know that I am not off in left field with all this! Mary 253/180/140?

Hang in there Mary, I too was having trouble last week. Not candy but chips, I was eating them a few times a day. Tell yourself you will not have any candy today, it is easier to deal with it day by day. Good luck, dont give up! Geniene
