6 months

Well It's been 6 months...I can't believe it. Today I am 182 pounds for a total loss of 78 pounds. This journey has been amazing. Weight loss has been slow since August...but then again my eating habits have also changed as well...not for the better. Anyway I don't see the nutrurionist until 11/22, and then my check-up is the 17th. Like Kathy, I'm done with the goals for now. No expectations=no dissapointments...I'll take it one day at a time. I feel great, and look great in a size 10 pant and medium top...I'm blessed, and I thank my surgeon, family, friends, Maysters and Obesity help. I'll be taking new pictures this weekend...so stay tuned!

You've done great, Aliya! Just great! I cannot wait to see the new pictures. I'm right there with weight...I'm 183 and hovering for some reason. Hey, it'll move again. I'm with ya...what we've got to do is just stick with "the rules" and see where it leads us! I'm staying tuned! Hugs, Kathy

Lol, lisa I actually got back into a 10.5 shoe after being a 12 for 5 years!

I haven't been too active here lately but I've been trying to read. I had to post and give you a huge high five because I'm very proud of you! 78 pounds is amazing. I'm almost a week away from my 6 month mark. You're doing just fabulous!!!!! Keep it up
