What kind of Movie are you?

Since November is "movie night" theme for secret pals thought I would ask everyone what types of movies they like (hints are always nice). I myself prefer comedies Jim Carey and Adam Sandler are my absolute fav's! Not much chance in duplication since I only own 2 DVD's currently and have tons of Disney VHS tapes, lol.

I must admit to being more of a "romantic comedy" kind of person. I want a movie that makes me laugh, and hopefully the guy gets the girl, or vice versa, at the end.

I'm with Mary, I kinda like those "get tears in your eyes, then make ya giggle like a fool in the end" type movies And of course, anything with Kevin Costner or Tom Hanks! By the way Cary, I'm having a blast getting to know My Secret Pal, thanks again for organizing! Barb

I'm kind of a romantic comedy type of person too, but I also love mysteries. I love movies like "Something's Gotta Give" and anything with Denzel Washington in it! Thinking about movies makes me want to go to one soon! Have a good day Maysters! ~Wanda

I must admit I love children's tapes. I am not always able to buy the newest ones that come out but I do try and get some after they have been out awhile and have gone on sale!!

Don't Laugh...but i love the 'teeny bopper" movies...anything with Lindsay, Hilary or Reese...on Friday night I giggled myself to sleep with the Princess Diaries 2...hehe

I love comedy's, scary movies, and like everyone else the weepy romantic movies...I'm also a sucker for movies like Pretty in Pink, 16 Candles, St. Elmos Fire, Breakfast Club, etc etc (I only own Breakfast Club, so I try to catch the others on TV when I see them)...

I like everything, really, from horror to comedy. I'm kind of a sucker for "chick flicks" - LOVE "My Best Friend's Wedding". "Steel Magnolias", etc. I don't have a lot on DVD either, though.

I like movies in general, but, if you look at my Netflix queue, I have mostly documentaries, foreign and independent films waiting for me. I hate to be able to figure out the ending in advance. Lori 384/280.5/170

Give me a good spy or thriller/action type movie! I love movies like The Bourne Identity/Supremacy, The Hunt For Red October, The Fugitive, Batman Begins, etc. My wife and I really like Denzel Washington too! Comedies are tough because so few ever actually make me laugh. The last great comedy we saw was Bruce Almighty. That bit when he makes the anchor speak gibberish is HYSTERICAL!!!
