Today is liquid diet day...
Well, I am exhausted. And dehydrated. And have no one to blame but myself.
Yesterday, I didn't get nearly enough water in - maybe 35 oz and drank way to much regular coffee and a beer. Last night, we drove to Michigan City to the casino, got there around 11:30pm, played blackjac****il 4am and came home. While I was there, I nursed two bloody marys.
Got home at 6:30am and slept until 11:30am. I drank a little milk before "breakfast" (at 12:30pm) and had about 1/2 cup of coffee just to get me going.
Now I can feel the dehydration. Grainy eyes, twitches in my legs, etc. I knew better. I meant to take some bottled water to drink in the car last night and this morning and forgot... Sigh.
So, now I'm trying to drink as much as possible to counter the dehydration before I wind up with major leg cramps or *gasp* ANOTHER darn bladder infection...
It's funny (not in the ha ha way) how I can know better and still have days where I don't *do* better.
