May Lap Bander needed

My Son is in the 8th grade and is beginning his science Fair project. He is doing a comparison of WLS.. RNY vs Lap Band. He is using me as his RNY subject and we need someone who had Lap band surgery approx May 6th 2005 to be a case study for him.
