Stressful day.. Need to vent.

Well today has been the stress day from you know where. Today was my day to sleep in and my dh was going to get the kids up and off to school. He got the 1st 2 off and then came and woke me with "Honey, We have a problem." Of course being sound asleep I came back with "What is this We stuff? It is your turn to deal with them." He then told me my youngest woke up covered in blood. Talk about wide awake then. Seems that during the night her eardrum burst and she bled for part of the night. She had blood all over her and the bed. I took her in the shower while my dh dealt with the bed. Then off to the doc with her. They confirmed the rupture started anti-biotics and told me to call the ENT. So tomorrow I drive 80 miles to Jacksonville to see the ENT. To say the least Oscar the grouch pouch is not having a good day. I have done nothing but all day due to stress. I am going to drink some warm tea and go to bed and try for a better day tomorrow. I will let yall know what the ENT says. Thanks for listening. Kat

Hi Mary, No she slept through most of it. She had blood on her hands like it was bothering her and she was trying to stop it but it was not painful enough to wake her. We will see what today brings. Kat

Oh, Kat, the poor thing! I remember going through that with my son, and I remember going through that myself, when I was a little girl. I'm sorry yesterday was such a disaster for you and hope you get to take it easy after your trip to Jacksonville today.
