Berry Smoothie...but...

Someone I don't think this is the type of smoothie that folks would be interested in! This is 12 oz of white stuff that is loaded with barium sulfate. Oh boy, oh boy! I get to drink one before bed and yet another one first thing upon rising in the morning. Yumm....eee. This is all in prep for my CT scan tomorrow morning at 8:30 am. I saw surgeon about the bump/lump by one gallbladder lap incision and he said it is a hematoma and since it is bruised and yellowi**** is resolving itself. He told me I might see some drainage and to cover it and keep it clean if it does drain. Not sure it'll drain since the skin seems healed over. We'll see. In typical "Kathy style and grace"...I was sitting in the doctor's exam room checking all my other 8 lap incisions (from my 2 surgeries) and push the top of my pants down to get to the gallbladder scar by my belly button and I clipped it with my fingernail and ripped the sucker right open. Had to ask the doc for a bandaid. Had him laughing though. I have since trimmed my nails... Doh! Kathy
