I like to snack on soy chips. They are crunchy and flavorful and full of protein. They taste like flavored mini rice cakes, but crunchier. They come in Cheddar, bbq, ranch, & onion & garlic. Most grocery stores carry them.

Eating some right now.... for serving (17 crisps) 110 cal 2g fat 0 cholesterol, 7g protein... but... 330 sodium... Love em.... feel like potato chips to me... and great flavor... Kate Z

Keep some Soy Crisps by Gensoy on hand. They have several flavors, I like the Barbecue and Herb and Onion flavors the best. They have protein and just a few usually satisfies my cravings for crunchy stuff. Sometimes they are in the chip aisle or the cracker aisle or the peanut aisle in the grocery stores.

Is drinking protein back to back ok? When ever I want to snack I drink my protien drink,it has 32g protein and sometimes I dont get full and want to drink another 12oz of it,is this ok? Also whats the difference between soy protien and reg.protein? Rosie 329/268/?

According to Vitalady.com: Protein is best absorbed in amounts of no more than 30g at one time. Professional athletes can do a little better, but for weight loss surgery patients, 30g would be a good try. More protein won't hurt, but is just wasted. .
