Rocks! Just a few sips and the pipes have been cleared. As someone on another board calls her coffee Crappocino. Indeed! Hey, it beats taking colace and other "drugs". Kathy (grateful to have her coffee "kick in")

I'm thankful for my coffee, too. I usually only allow myself 1-2 cups a day, but this morning, I've had quite a bit- can definately feel the caffiene... I promised myself this is the last cup and then it's water, water, water the rest of the day. I've found the only time I have... ahem... troubles is when I don't get at least one cup in the morning.

I only usually drink one cup per day. And the darker the roast the better it helps my digestion. Funny that it only takes less than half of my mug to get things going! Off to get my water bottle filled up... Ahem, indeed! Kathy

See, coffee doesn't do that for me. But a protein bar or a protein drink does. Gets the 'motor running' big time, LOL! I drink a 16 oz decaf sf/soy mocha or latte a few times a week. Never had that issue. Can't do caffiene - gives me palpitations for a few days. Since surgery I can't do lactose - makes me nauseous, LOL! So I always tell the person making my coffee when I say "Decaf, sugar free, soy mocha" that I just have a lot of issues, ! Michelle
