Getting Sick...
Well, folks, it's confirmed. I'm getting my first cold for the year. I know the fact that I started smokinga again has something to do with it, I haven't had a cold in over a year and I felt one coming on last night.
Livvie let me sleep until 6:15 this morning (WOOHOO!) and what I *suspected* last night was confirmed this morning. So, we went to the store at 7 because I promised her last night if she stayed in bed all night we'd get a special treat for breakfast (donut and apples for her, apples and sf pb for me). I also picked up some gourmet coffee (hey, I deserve it!) and some Zicam to try and head this cold off at the pass.
Anyway, hope you all have a wonderful Sunday. We're just going to hang out and relax today - did a major house cleaning yesterday so that's off my list. Going to go get pumpkins to carve, maybe walk around Sam's Club for a while later, but that's about it.
Gonna go enjoy a nice hot shower while Livvie's in the shop with Daddy. I'm so excited - an uninterrupted shower! 
Good mornin Becky! I didn't get off work at Peter Hut last night until Midnight and had one heck of a time sleeping? I think its because its so fast paced and hectic there all night it just takes me a long time to slow down my brain! Anyway, Jacob woke at 8 a.m. and I tried to lay back down for awhile to no avail! Anyway, hope you feel better and Livvie has such a good mommy to get up and get out that early to keep a promise!! (((hugs)))
I'm getting my first cold for the year. Only, I think this had some virus mixed in with it. I ran a temp of 101 all weekend. I sat on the couch (when my two rugrats would let me, which that goodness they behaved fairly well) wrapped up in a blanket with the vicks vaporizor pointed at me. I also took my air conditioner out of the window since there was a HUGE draft coming in around it and nobody seemed to have time to come help me take it out. Needless to say, I paid for that with my back problems as well.
Thankfully, I'm feeling much better today. No fever and the only thing I have is a nagging cough and some sniffles. Hope you get to feeling better soon!
