Almost There

Well Maysters, I'm almost there. Right before surgery I was 262. Today I am 165....... 3 pounds away from "THE MARK" !!!!! From my preop highest of 266, I've already hit the century club. I hit it yesterday actually. But from my weight day before surgery I'm almost there. I got a winter dress coat yesterday. Pulled it off the rack and read the tag and put it right back. Then I remember, that I am that small and tried it on. It fit, size 9/10. AWESOME Laurie

Way to go Laurie! Look how far you've come, I remember "back in the day" lol when we were all brand new...and some of the problems you had. Look at you now! You are doing fabulous!

Congratulations, Laurie! 3 miniscule pounds away! I cannot wait for your "official" Century Club induction later this week?!?!!! I'm trying hard to follow behind you! I've got 6.5 lbs to go. Give me a few weeks though. Congrats on the winter dress coat. That is awesome! I have an old one that I just adore. I do not remember how old it is. I do remember a picture I am in wearing it but am trying to remember if it was from the 80s or early 90s. It is double breasted herringbone greyish with a back collar of black velvet. And it fits. No size on the thing either so I have no idea. Doesn't matter - I kept it and it fits again. You are doing excellent, girl! Keep on keeping on, Kathy

Good job Laurie! It is so funny when you go to the store, I was at Avenue yesterday and I am officially in their smallest size tops a 14/16 big change from the 26/28's of the past. I still will be going there for pants but its so nice not having to look for the "biggest one you got" anymore! Cant wait to shop at "regular" store for ALL my clothes! Cary
