-100 lbs. today
Well, despite my moaning and groaning of a few days ago about the scale not moving, I reached -100 lbs. this morning.
I dropped 3 pounds in the last three days. I exercised extra hard, cut out *all* carbs, and cut back on sodium. I switched back to cottage cheese for breakfast and lunch. It worked!
My next goal is 3 pounds away -- to be under 200. I use FitDay and have set that goal for Halloween.
