Century Club
Well, Monday I went to the gym and decided to step on the scale. It said 242.8. I had my shoes on and my MP3 player in hand. So, I stepped off the scale, took off my shoes, and put down my MP3 player. It said 240.5. When I started this journey (4/1) I was 340, so I suppose that makes me a member of the century club!!! Granted, I was 326 on my surgery date, but I lost a bit pre-op. I never imagined I'd weigh 240 pounds. Never. I've still got some to go to my goal, but I'm beyond thrilled!!!!!
I think I've come out of that depression fog, too. Man, that was bad. I had anxiety with it, too and I've not had it that bad for quite some time. I was seriously considering going in for medications, but whenever I get into these modes, it usually lasts a few days and goes away. This was well over a week. Didn't like it.
Anyway, just wanted to stop in and say hi! I've been crazy busy the last few weeks with the ER business, family visiting, getting caught up after the ER and family
and now I think my life is pretty much back to normal.
