Its the word for the bit of cartilidge or bone that comes off the bottom of your breast bone (sternum).

Is so funny I knew that! This guy I dated had a issue if you put your arm across his chest and it was on his zyphoid, I did it alot accidentally and he would always move my arm down, lol.
