Okay, thats it!!! Remember last week I tried that 1/2 of crossianwich from Burger King and my guts up? Well, last night I tried a piece of french toast that I made with s/f syrup and some scrambled eggs and oh boy did I pay for that one. First I just started feeling very very icky and went and layed down on the bed....then....ran like a jackrabbit to the bathroom and ...and we are not talking "foamies"...we are talking full fledge french toast and eggs coming up!! Thought I was dying!! Thats it though, won't be trying bread again, it is just not worth it!!

Oooh... Yuck... I feel for ya. I can't even imagine. The only thing I've tried is VERY well toasted rye or whole wheat toast, and even that is 'iffy'. I think at any one time I've eaten about a 1/3 of a piece and that's it. Hope you're feeling better today!

Thanks Becky. I do feel lots better today. I was kinda hoping with all that barfing I would wake up and possibly lose at least a pound..but...no. I still am stuck at -87 pounds...but grateful for even that though.

Lisa, I agree - bread IS evil!! I usually stay away from it all together because if it does go down, it fills me up too fast, and I don't get in protein that I should. I really try to stay away from things made with white flour and sugar - seems they are nothing but bad news.

Lisa, Bread is the one thing that really makes me feel bad if I eat it. I don't throw up, but, I feel as if I ate a brick and it hurts. Hard breads or crackers are ok Lori

I can't deal with any kind of bread or rolls. I stay away from them entirely! They make me sick, sick, sick! I can eat some crackers but not bread. I agree, bread IS evil! Jean

Unfortunatly, I don't have a hard time with bread. I do avoid it- if anything I have a little corner of crusty bread every once in a while.

Yep, I can only do bread if it's toasted or in a crouton form. In general, I just don't do bread. It always looks and smells good. If I really feel I want some I find a cracker and throw on some cheese.
