OH's Weight Loss Planner
Anyone tried this? How close are you to the results that it gives? I estimated that I would 100% of my excess weight - hey, why not go for broke, eh?

I actually used the planner to make a chart in excel that I track my weight loss on so that I can see if I am roughly on track. The planner also said that with a 100% weight loss, I would end up weighing 151! I'm like Becky Sue and still struggling with my final goal weight. I'm thinking that 151 maybe too small, but I guess we will wait and see.
Heather,
I'm with you and Becky too. I set my goal at 160 but have never ever been there as an adult. Was probably there in 8th grade on my way up, up and up.
The lowest I've been is 167 and that was for a day or two. I hovered in the 170ish area for a while in my early-mid 20s. I looked really good at that weight so maybe setting my sights at 160 is unreasonable given 20+ years old, bigger denser bones (from supporting the extra weight all these years) and excess skin too.
I'm leaning more towards 170 now. Gosh, that's 15 lbs from now. Weighed in at 185 this morning.
I'll know I'm "there" when I get "there"!
