Anyone try this???...my nut reamed me for not exercising. I gave excuse after excuse...single mom, 2 jobs, full time student -she didn't want to hear it...she told me to get my butt up at 6a and walk away the pounds...I guess I could do that...but if you've tried this let me know.

it truly seems to be toning things up! no hanging skin issues yet! and I feel really good after exercising! give it a try, maybe just park really really far away from work and school to add some extra steps. good luck jen

Aliya, Yes, I've tried "walk away the pounds". It is a good program and you can get a mile in within 20 minutes. I started that way. Now, I meet my neighbor at my garage door every morning at 5:40 am. We go to the gym and do walking or some other aerobic thing, 4 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. I feel fantastic. I really had a rough adjustment to the time for about 3 weeks, but, now, I'm totally used to it. We've missed 3 days in the last 7 weeks. I can hardly believe it! It has really helped my weight loss. Nope, haven't tried it. But I did just buy Carmen Electra's Striptease workout set. Seems more fun than "walking". Somehow I think Rich might benefit from the one DVD that is the lap dance... Kathy

It is a 5 DVD set. Got it at Overstock.com - shipping was under $2 for the whole box.

There had better be a fire, tornado, or someone dying if I'm to get up at 6 a.m., LOL! It just don't happen. I am exceptionally busy as well, but I've just got to exercise. Granted, I cannot on Wednesdays (I'm gone from my home with the exception of 1-1/2 hours on Wednesday) and tomorrow I'm going to see my surgeon (2-1/2 hours each way) and by the time I get to the gym on Friday it will have been two solid weeks since I exercized, but I've been down with this abdominal pain that (knock on wood, Praise the Lord) has not come back since it left Sunday night. But, the point is, I have to exercise. I feel like a slug if I don't, my mood goes down the toilet, I don't have energy, and I just don't feel well. It really does help! Michelle 340/248/185

Michelle, Thats the same thing that I said...lol, but I have to do something. I did very well this summer, but when school came around, life was just hectic. Somethings got to give though!

It does work. I was up to about 2 miles a day before I broke my ankle. Since then it is kinda difficult to walk. So now I get on the floor and do crunches, leg excercises, something. Get moving even if it is just 15 to 20 minutes a day while you are watching tv. Move that butt. LOL Kat

I was walking every day, now I have my gazelle up in the living room. I did two miles on that while watching TV and then I did a few reps of arm strengthening stuff. (boy did I feel that) !!! The more you move, the more calories you're burning and the more toning you are doing. It's worth it.
