exercise is for the young :)
I just got back from a step aerobic class,it was great I had a great time but boy do I feel like a bowl of jello!!!.I bet if I do that class 3 times per week I will burn some serious calories.I was watching the yougsters doing the class and they are great at it that why I said exercise is for the young.When I messed up on the steps I just moved around in my area I figure some movement is better than none at all.Happy exercising to all!!!
