exercise is for the young :)

I just got back from a step aerobic class,it was great I had a great time but boy do I feel like a bowl of jello!!!.I bet if I do that class 3 times per week I will burn some serious calories.I was watching the yougsters doing the class and they are great at it that why I said exercise is for the young.When I messed up on the steps I just moved around in my area I figure some movement is better than none at all.Happy exercising to all!!!

Amen! You will feel younger if you keep it up, but, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks to start feeling good about exercising. At least that is how it has been for me. But, now, I exercise 6 days a week for 1 hour and feel like a million bucks! Lori 384/294/170
