Well, Livvie crawled in bed with us just before 6 this morning and I decided that I was going to get up and have some alone time. I've been up for a couple of hours now, watching the sun come up and REALLY enjoying the peace and quiet. I slept with a ho****er bottle on my belly last night which has really helped with the soreness from my tubal and am feeling pretty chipper today. I'm still flirting with Wonderland. I've been back and forth between 202 and 204 for about a week and a half now. Dangit! I think (read: I hope) I'm swollen from surgery and as soon as I fully recover, I'll hit that 199 mark! Have a great day!

Good morning Becky Sue! Surgery does make you swollen. Take care of yourself. Looks like a great day in KY. Think I'm gonna go exercise a bit. Maybe even go to the tanning bed. Then I'm off to pack for a family vacation next weekend. Shawna

Ooooh... a tanning bed. I haven't tanned since right before my wedding 5 years ago. I LOVE the tanning bed - for me it's like a 20 minute Zen experience.

Morning, Becky! Been up a couple of hours. Rich took Lady (border collie mix) for her walk. I threw some clothing on and we headed to our local deli type place for breakfast. A mushroom, onion, bacon and cheese omelette was split between the two of us and we still didn't eat the whole thing. Rich had a piece of toast too but no bread for me. Put some gas in Rich's tank aka Cadillac. My parents bought a 2000 caddie last July for my mom to drive. She died in September so they didn't need the car anymore and Rich's car was over 150,000 miles so he bought the caddie from my dad. Rich goes pimpin' according to my neighbors. I'm on the 'puter and Rich is playing baseball on his x-box - we just got him wireless controls for it so I don't have to trip over the wires anymore. That purchase was just as much for me as it was for him. I'm a klutz. Got the bedding in the wash right now. Going to take a stop at the dry cleaners to put in a few things plus we got Rich's folk's stuff too. Rich's parents aren't in good health so he takes good care of them doing their grocery shopping and other errands. A good son. I'm sure other chores will be done as well. Goodness knows the house needs it! So much clutter, so little time... I have no doubt that you have swelling from your surgery. Be patient and you'll be in the Onderfuls very, very soon! You have a great day too! Kathy

Morning Becky! Guess I am out of the loop, didnt know you were having a tubal done, hope everything is ok. I too got up early this morning, but then I went to bed at 9:30 so I should have been! I think we all need to pledge to put away the scales, seems like that non-moving number gets to us all! Have a great day as well! Cary

Becky - glad to hear you're doing a little better today. I was blessed to wake up to "good scales" this morning and they put me down another 2 pounds, so I've now lost 90 pounds since surgery!!! i'm enjoying a quiet day around the house. Most of my kids are gone for the day and the two left don't want to hang out with mom. I spent 2 hours at Meijers today. Dang it just takes me forever to get groceries now days. I keep looking for something that I can eat that high protein AND low carb AND in my minute sugar limitation (2 grams). I ended up setteling for some chunky soups (not low in carbs, but 10g of protein per serving) and some weigh****cher frozen dinners (we'll see on those, I usually like my food "fresh cooked"). I just cant stomach cottage cheese and applesauce another day!!! I'm gonna spend the rest of my day doing laundry and doing research online for school (we home school). Nothing thrilling here, but it's a beautiful day none the less. Take it easy this weekend!!! Laurie
