It must must be plateau time! I haven't lost any weight in 2+ weeks! I know hat I have lost inches by my clothes. Guess we just have to wait it out..... I am trying to exercise more but I think my body will just do what it wants in these first 6+ months. I am going to see my nutritionist today. We will see what she has to say. Jen 243/186/140

Me, too, Jen. I've been trading the same 1-2 pounds for the last 2 weeks. I'm so close to wonderland, I think the evil scale is just trying to tease me... Becky 287/202 (today)/Haven't decided yet

Too funny! I have been experiencing the same thing. No weightloss but I am sure I am losing inches. Need to try to jumpstart the weightloss again! Michele

I'm right there with you. Lucky for me, the scale let me make it to being just overweight and not obese before it decided to freeze again. Otherwise, I would be very right now...lol!

I hear ya! It's so frustrating! I have set mini goals for myself and at each one (35, 40, 45, 50, 55, and now 60 lbs lost), I get within a quarter of a lb and then I'll gain 1 or 2 lbs. Damn, it's annoying! I got to 59.7 lbs lost, then started gaining again, now it's only 58.9. I just can't seem to get over that hump. I know it will start, but I was so excited when I got to 59.7 and I thought "tomorrow, I'll be down over 60" ACK! Not to be, at least not yet. I know, I know....throw the scale away. I've become a scale-oholic! Linda 272.9/214/147/136

I had the same conversation with my sis last weekend. She was lapband June 1, I am RnY May 24. I drop 5 pounds almost overnight, then 2 of them come back and STAY for a week, sometimes two weeks. Then I drop 4 pounds from Saturday night to Sunday morning, only to find two of them back where they were on Monday before I leave for work! My weight chart looks like a zig zag - tending down though. I've dropped 70 pounds and my BMI is down from 43.9 to 30. Like many, my sizes are dropping pretty consistently - about one size every two to three weeks lately - I started in a 26 - 28 and am now very comfortable in 16's. I am only 5'1" so 70 pounds made a huge difference. I just keep eating my protein and vegies, taking my vitamins and calcium and drinking water like a fiend. I felt much reassured after talking with my sis though - I was ready to go buy another scale, thinking the one I have is broken. Turns out it's just a devious device of torture. So I do what Tooter does - I make it see me nekkid every morning! Mom Bear

No, my scale isn't really stuck...yet. Last week was expecting a "wash" week. Got to the morning of my weekly weigh in and the scale tossed me a bone of 1/2 lb. Oh boy! Then over the weekend, dropped a couple of pounds and now a couple more and I'm down 4 thus far this week. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow in time for the official weigh in. I'm shocked at the 4 lbs since it is PMS time... just ask Rich for confirmation of that. I was "irritable" yesterday. LOL! I told him that and we both laughed pretty hard. At least irritable, I can make fun of myself and my hormonally induced crabbiness. I guess the 4 lbs makes up for the 1/2 lb last week, eh? No complaints from me... for now, that is... Glad to know its not just me! I had a loss earlier this month and then nothing! I just finally lost another 5 but boy I was getting scared! Cary P.S. talked to my doc he said one fruit a day and no bread, potato's, or pasta so gonna see if that helps.

Yep, scale is stuck here also. I seem to go up and down 1/2 a pound (I'm one of those daily weighers and can't help it!) Ah well, I feel better than I have ever felt and that speaks more to me than the scale...well, that and I'm fitting very snuggly in a size 10! Woo hoo.
