I know that some folks call it The Protein Train. All I remember is eating protein meals and protein drinks. Don't we pretty much already do that? Good luck, Becky! Kathy

Although I didn't originally post this diet, I copied it. I haven't tried it yet, but here it is: Plateau Buster Do this for 10 days to break a plateau: 1 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day 2 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement & all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day 3 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5 times a day: beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, fish, eggs, low fat cheese, cottage cheese, plain or artificially sweetened yogurt, peanut butter, beans/ legumes 4 - You may also have: sugar free Popsicles, decaf tea or coffee, sugar free soda, sugar free jello, broths/bouillon, Crystal Light drinks 5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days! 6 - Keep a food diary & try to get up to 30 minutes of exercise daily

Becky - I did this any by mid-week I was so sick I had to stop. My body couldn't tolerate eating only protein. (I did something similar when I tried Atkins diet too). Talk about being on the Man oh man!!! I added back in veggies, fruit, and things and I was feeling better in a couple of days. But I did start losing weight again, so it DOES work. I guess everyone's body handles things differently though. Laurie - down 88 wonderful pounds
