Hi Maysters. First I want to thank all of you for your kind words and prayers (that worked) as I fleed the hurricane. Our town really lucked out when that thing slowed down. We came home with one of our pecan trees leaning against the house but there was no structural damage and the roof tiles under the tree stayed put! We cleaned up a whole lot today (burned lots of calories) but we are so glad and very fortunate it wasn't too bad. Okay, back to my topic. Does anyone have any newer goals?? I guess for me it will be the following: 1. Get into the 140's (i'm only a few pounds away) 2. Get back into a better or different exercise routine (want to try Jazzercise...used to do this and loved it) 3. Take my time eating (been rushing and it can be painful) 4. Stop forgetting my last dose of Calcium!!! Shame on me, I know. Ana 221/152/125

Let's see... Goals...where are my goals... Lemme think... 1. Get into the 170s. 2. Get into the 160s. 3. Be more reliable and consistent about exercise. 4. Slow down on eating. I'm with you Ana...been speeding up a bit lately and need to go back to basics. 5. Remember to take my B complex. Sometimes gets forgotten. It is liquid and in the fridge so it isn't in my little vitamin pack that I take with me each morning. Gee...I just sort of echoed your list in my own way, Ana! Kathy

Ana, How much have you lost in the last 4 mo to be almost in the 140's??? It sounds like you're doing great! I go to Jazzercise and I just love it. I go 2-3 times a week but my goal is to also walk every day. It's just hard now because it's allergy season and my head kills me...all I want to do is sleep. Sue McD

I've lost 69 pounds Sue. I almost can't believe it myself. I'm 152 today and I'm looking forward to seeing the scale say 149!!

Hello- 1.) To be 158 lbs which puts me as just overweight. I wanna really meet this by Oct 14th my mid-term. 2.) Pass my college courses! 3.) Find out why my left side has been hurting, more test tomorrow. At least its not kidney stones, and to get over my kidney infection. 4.) Be a size 12/14. At 169 lbs which I am now is the lowest I ever got!! So I'm glad and amazed when I hit even 1/2 a lb less. But I thank God for being where I am now! 62 lbs lost so far! Will be 5 months out Oct 13th. ~April~ Lap Rny May 13, 2005 21 yrs old, 5'1 231 / 169 / 120

1) Exercise daily (not just walking, but working out). 2) Remember to take every single vitamin every day. 3) Stop snacking (especially at night) 4) Stop self-sabotaging by messing up on the above!

Ana, My goals are: 1. Get to the 100 lbs loss mark (I'm 10 lbs away!) 2. Get consistent again with keeping fitday. A computer problem threw me off track. 3. Get to 250. All for now. I'm exercising more then ever and eating well, so I'm doing great there. Lori 384/294/170

My initial goal was to hit 250 - I am 250.8, so I suppose TECHNICALLY I'm there, but I want 250.*0* Then, my goal is to hit hubby's weight. He is 205. Then my goal weight of 190 (per my doc). Michelle
