Arm and stomach exercises
I do crunches with an exercise ball. I lie on the ball with it (a medium one - 65 cm) just below my shoulders, put my feet flat on the floor in front of me and do a crunch (sorta 1/2 sit-up). I do this 10-15 reps, 3 times. You can also do this on the floor, but with the ball it works more than just your abs. For the arms, resistance bands work wonders - if you're just wanting to do your arms, then get the shorter ones - they come with exercises.
However - the extra skin is just something that may not go away. I've already got a bunch - I mean a BUNCH on my abdomen and I've got bat wings and my boobs are deflating big time. In my 40DD bra, I'd say 1/4 to 1/3 of the cup is filled with just skin. I'm also starting to notice sagging in my thighs. Battle scars as I say.

Michelle,
I can totally related to the extra skin issue. Argh! I bent over yesterday and happened to catch glimpse of the back of my thighs in the mirror. Horror of horrors. Then there is my flappy arms - not quite batwings... yet. And the delated boobs heading on their way to be like tube socks with a tennis ball at the bottom.
Definitely battle scars!

Get a pair of five pound dumbbells and you can do a lot with them. Here's a good website to check out for some weight training exercises - http://exercise.about.com/od/exerciseworkouts/.
I have lost 3 inches off my upper arm in the last 4 months. I have been doing weight training at the Y at least 2x per week plus cardio machines at least 3x per week. The exercise is what will make the difference as we get farther out.
Good luck,
J
