Pre-Breakfast: Nectar Lemon Tea Protein Shake (scoop and a half for 35 grams of protein) Breakfast: 1/2 cup chicken salad (I was going to put a link to the recipe but Foodnetwork is being tempermental...it is made from poached chicken breasts, mayo, mustard, dill, lemon, etc. Hubby adds walnuts too for crunch - it is da bomb!) Post-Breakfast: Cup of Joe w/ sweet n' low and half/half Lunch: 1/2 cup homemade chili (http://www.yummy-recipes.com/r/8240.html - we add extra spices and a jalapeno to this recipe) w/ shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream Afternoon "Snack": Nectar Lemon Tea Protein Shake (scoop and a half for 35 grams of protein) Dinner: 4 oz of baked salmon (Costco with a mix of jarred pesto and softened butter chilled and spooned on top) and some green beans Pre-Bed "Snack": Will be either another Nectar Protein Shake or... a Stallone Protein Pudding. pre-breakfast- 32 oz of water breakfast- 3/4c total cereal with 1/2c carb countdown milk snack-banana 32 oz of water lunch-protein shake (made with carb countdown milk) 32oz of water snack-1oz mixed nuts and one string cheese dinner- 5 grilled shrimp and 1/2c green beans Candy

Hi again Kathy, Breakfast: cup of coffee Snack: Banana Lunch: 1/2c of bean soup snack: sf popsicle Dinner: 1/2 chicken tamale Pre-bed: Cookies-N-Cream protein (32%protein) And of course all my vitamins and water Boy that sound alot Rosie

Pre-Breakfast: vitamins and supplements Breakfast: Chocolate protien shake Post-Breakfast: Decaf Coffee w/ sweet n' low and half/half (mental thing - still gotta have the coffee!) Lunch: 2oz turkey Afternoon "Snack": vitamin water and some cheddar soy chips Dinner: 3oz chicken with vegetables in a peanut satay sauce Pre-Bed "Snack": more crystal light.

Breakfast: Chocolate protein shake and string cheese. Decaf coffee-3 cups sipped until noon. Lunch: boiled egg with 5 wheatable crackers Bottled water and vitamins Dinner: 1/2 home made beef and bean burrito with cheddar cheese and salsa 1/2 cup SF pudding
