Maysters: What did ya eat today?
Pre-Breakfast: Nectar Lemon Tea Protein Shake (scoop and a half for 35 grams of protein)
Breakfast: 1/2 cup chicken salad (I was going to put a link to the recipe but Foodnetwork is being tempermental...it is made from poached chicken breasts, mayo, mustard, dill, lemon, etc. Hubby adds walnuts too for crunch - it is da bomb!)
Post-Breakfast: Cup of Joe w/ sweet n' low and half/half
Lunch: 1/2 cup homemade chili (http://www.yummy-recipes.com/r/8240.html - we add extra spices and a jalapeno to this recipe) w/ shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream
Afternoon "Snack": Nectar Lemon Tea Protein Shake (scoop and a half for 35 grams of protein)
Dinner: 4 oz of baked salmon (Costco with a mix of jarred pesto and softened butter chilled and spooned on top) and some green beans
Pre-Bed "Snack": Will be either another Nectar Protein Shake or... a Stallone Protein Pudding.

Breakfast: Chocolate protien shake
Post-Breakfast: Decaf Coffee w/ sweet n' low and half/half (mental thing - still gotta have the coffee!)
Lunch: 2oz turkey
Afternoon "Snack": vitamin water and some cheddar soy chips
Dinner: 3oz chicken with vegetables in a peanut satay sauce
Pre-Bed "Snack": more crystal light.
