The Calcium Issue: Carbonate vs. Citrate
I recently had a bone density test. My bones look good right now, but, I was also told to take 1500-1600 mg of calcium citrate a day (600 can come from food), but, also be sure to take 400 i.u. of vitamin D, which also assists in the absorption and usage of your calcium.
So, now I'm doing that.
