1.) How has the weight loss been going? (start/current/goal) Any stalls? Plus a little background! Name/Age/height/etc...
My highest weight ever was around 365. I began this journey at 340 (my initial consult with my surgeon), at my pre-op I was 326, ON my surgery date I was 321. I am now 252 (last time I weighed which was a few days ago) and my original goal was 175, but my surgeon is now saying 190. I go in cycles. I will lose inches (notice my clothes fitting better, etc.) but no loss on the scale. Then I'll all of a sudden drop like 5 pounds, then nothing at all for about 2 weeks. Then, I'll notice my clothes fitting better, drop 5 pounds, then nothing...
I am Michelle, 36 years old, 5'8", homeschooling mom of 2, college student, Navy wife, etc. etc. etc.
2.) How is the protein, vitamins, water, etc...
Protein I'm not having any problems with, vitamins everyday, water (or fluids) no problems 99.9% of the time. My doc wants me to eat about every 3-4 hours and I can't honestly say that I do that everyday, somedays I'm gone so much that it's hard for me to do, but I try.
3.) clothes sizes? Before/now/goal For the women, sorry men, how about bra sizes?
Before: shirts: 3-4X, bottoms: 32W or 4-5X, dresses: 3X-4X or 28-30W, bra: 44F
Now: shirts: 1X, some XL, 18W, bottoms: 20/22/24 depending on the pant, although many more 20s are fitting better , dresses: 18/20, bra: all of my 42DDs are now too big in the band, so I'm probably 40DD
Goal: shirts: M or L, bottoms: 12/14, dresses: 12/14 the rest, I dunno
4.) Any goals reached? Recent or not so recent.
I have met one personal goal and it's getting into this pair of green Guess jeans that I've had since like 1988 or so. I went from 200 to over 300 pounds between 1988 and 1989 and couldn't wear them anymore. I was able to wear them for a VERY brief period in 1993 but haven't been able to wear them since. I can now wear them incredibly comfortably.
My first REALLY BIG goal is to get to 250. I'm (as of a few days ago) two pounds from there.
5.) Any upcoming goals? We did this a little over a month ago, but some may have new ones and met some!
See above about 250!! My next one after that is to reach my husband's weight, he's about 210.
6.) Any sickness or etc...
Nah, not really. Sometimes I eat a little too quickly and get a little discomfort and I can't tolerate milk. Other than that, all's well!
7.) Any addition information is welcome!!
Hmmmm....hubby's liking the changes! I feel better than I have ever in my life.

287/202-204(been fluctuating...dammit!)/Not sure, somewhere between 150-170. Stalls? STALLS? HA! I have, typically, about a week to a week and a half of good losing and then about a two-week stall or what I like to call "crawl". I can lose 8 pounds one week and 1 or 2 the next. I'm 5'7. Hope ya'll know my name and I just turned 31.
2.) How is the protein, vitamins, water, etc...
Protein - fine. Mostly through food. Vitamins, other than calcium, just dandy. Water, great...
3.) clothes sizes? Before/now/goal For the women, sorry men, how about bra sizes?

4.) Any goals reached? Recent or not so recent.
size large shirts, size 16 pants - woohoo.
5.) Any upcoming goals?
160 lbs.
6.) Any sickness or etc...
No, if I eat too fast or don't chew well. I seem to tolerate most things as long as sugar free, low fat, low carb.
WLS is the best decision I have ever made for myself.
I've lost a shoe size, too!! I was wearing a 9 or 9-1/2 W pre-op and now my 8-1/2 tennis shoes are a little lose and I bought the CUTEST pair of size 8-1/2 ****M**** shoes!! No "W" at the end!! I was wearing this outfit yesterday (hubby was drooling, it was way too cute) - a pair of Levi's looking jeans with a black belt, white tank top and black suede looking jacket and I thought a pair of black boots would be SOOO cute with it! I've not been able to wear boots because my calves are too big (big calves run in the family - but they're all muscle, I have ZERO fat on my calves). So, I went to the store and was looking at boots. There was this adorable pair of black boots but I thought that I'd never be able to get them on - ONE because it wouldn't fit my calf and TWO because they looked SOOOO narrow. Well, I took off my tennis shoe and sock and slid my foot right into that narrow looking 8-1/2 M boot. Granted, I couldn't zip it up, but I've never seen my foot look so narrow! I tell ya what, if those boots had zipped up, they'd have been walking out the door with me!!!!!
