Here's my update... 287/202/160 Here's the thing, orignally, I wanted to be 140ish. My doc says that's too low and to shoot for NO LOWER than 150, probably closer to 170, so let's split the difference and go with 160.

Wow! We Mayers SOOOOOOO ROCK!!!! Start: 340 Current: 252 ORIGINAL goal: 175, but doc said I'll probably end at 190, so I'm with Becky, I'll split the difference and go about 185 (rather than being all technical and going 182.5 ) Michelle

Hey y'all from sunny Georgia.... 91 degrees at 2 pm on September 23... oh how I long for some fall weather! Heres my stats: 322/244/160 And some great news to share... the doctor took me off my last blood pressure medicine and the nurse took my bp with a regular size cuff!! Yahoo!!! So thats 2 diabetic pills and 2 blood pressure pills gone... gone.. gone! Thanks for being here... Barb and congratulations to us all!!!
