= 3 whole chicken wings...I can do this without a problem. Not sure of the total ounces, but I'm pretty content, don't neccessarily think I could eat a whole lot more. Just curious... what's capacity for you guys at this stage in the game?

It really depends on what I'm eating. I can eat pretty much a whole can of Progresso soup. But last night I made bbq chicken pizza on wheat pitas (bbq sauce, chopped up chicken, mozz and gouda cheese on the pita) VERY yummy but I couldn't even eat 1/2 of 1/4 of it. If I'm really hungry and haven't eaten much all day then I can usually eat a bit more than if I've been eating regularly throughout the day. It really, really depends. Michelle 340/253/175

That's a good question, Aliya. I had about a good 4-5 oz of tuna salad this morning and usually mornings I'm not as hungry. Then this evening...I had two chicken tenders (hubby made them with soy flour and parm cheese) with two pieces of swiss melted on top. Not a big portion and I was done. Rich and I went out to dinner last Saturday and split a filet mignon. We each had half on a plate and he finished his half but I had about 2-3 bites left and neither of us could fini**** He ate 1/3 of his mashed taters - I skipped those. I had a few sprigs of broc and cauli. And we both had some caesar salad. So, I guess I had a cup of salad, 3 oz of steak (yummm) and 1/2 cup of vegies by the time I was done. Kathy

Heather, I know what you mean. The thought of a nice tender juicy steak sounds good. But when I tried it I felt like I had an alien in my belly trying to get out. I cant tolerate any dense meats of any kind, I just wonder if in time that improves? Have a great evening. Laura 310/184/140 Yipeeeee!!!!

in my opinion, 3 chicken wings is not alot atall,,, chicken wings are small and if you actually think about it and pull all the meat off first and put it on a plate you will see its not alot. You are further out then me and I can eat about,,,,,,, lets say, i can eat a slice of pizza, i can eat almost a whole cheesburger with one piece of bread not quite the whole thing but pretty close, I can eat about 2 chicken cutlets sliced thin,, I have noticed it depends on what your eating, if you eat something that is alot alot of protien,, it tends to fill you quicker sometimes, like carbs and stuff like that I can eat forever without ever feeling full, but meats I get full, just remember hun,,, chicken wings are small they are not big atall your doing just fine and your further then me,, so trust me, no need to worry Michelle 267/214/145

I can eat a lot of salad - probably about a cup or slightly more - if it's just veggies. My salads usually consist of salad greens, seedless cukes, olives, one or two grape tomatoes (sometimes they make me dump and sometimes not...), a bit of corn, and a few sprinkles of fresh parm cheese. I can also have a lot of hot chicken broth. I guess it's just like water in that it passed through rater quickly. When I am having a meal with dense protein, the entire meal cannot be more than 4 ounces or else I will barf. So, I guess 4 ounces is my limit.

For me it depends on the texture. I can barely eat a chicken breast, on the bone. But i can order a full salad with grilled chicken, eat the chicken and half of the salad? Texture is the key to it all, that and how juicy it is. I also find in the morning my pouch is less tolerable that lunch or dinner, because of this i try to start my day off with a bannana and my OJ/liquid vitamin combo, Both go down easy, fill me up and even tho the bannana is starchy its supposed to be one of the most vitamin rich fruits out there, or so i heard. Good Luck Joe
