Checking In...Just saying Hi!
Hi! I'm doing well- my energy is good, I know I'm losing (I don't weigh myself unless I'm at my surgeon's office)- I suspect it's over 70 pounds. I walk a-LOT, but I injured my shoulder, so Curves is out for now. I feel like the walking helps a lot. I can eat more foods as time goes by, although I don't know if that's a good thing.
Doing well here.
120 pound loss to date (started at 391).
I exercise every blessed day, whether I like it or not.
I get in plenty of protein (65-110g/day).
I haven't been drinking enough water this week. *slapping hand*
My food intolerance is fading away, and I'm able to eat more now than before. That's scary to me, since I'm not used to it, but I think I'm doing well in keeping to high protein foods. Unfortunately, I ate a horrible lunch (protein drink, pork rinds, nuts, & 2 bites of protein bar). I feel soooooo icky! I think I dump on fat. That combined with the sugar alcohol from the unfamiliar protein bar is making me have a mini-dumping episode.
