Unfortunatetly I can't offer much advice...but I do know what you're going through, when I feel discouraged I normally post and you fellow Mayers tell me to get back on the I know that my desire to eat is feuled by stress, so I need to find other relief. What happens when you tell yourself that it's head hunger? Does it help?
Ugh - the dreaded viscious cycle! You don't exercise so you feel tired so you sit at home and get depressed and eat so your tired and you don't exercise so you sit at home...SOOOOO been there done that!
My best advice - take a short walk. Drink lots more water - cuz you can't eat for at least 30 minutes after you drink, so if you keep drinking up until 30 minutes before you KNOW it's time to eat, then you can't eat! (Did that make any sense to anyone but me?! ) It is very, very hard, I know. But you can do it!! Keep writing, we're all here for you.
