I want to snack!
I find it strange that we are all on the same journey and we are getting different directions.... (kinda like 'mapquest' ) I am supposed to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks... I find it hard to get all that and the right amount of water in everyday (especially on busy weekends). I focus on my protein intake. I have found a lo-carb protein bar that has 21g 200 calories. It comes in a couple of yummy flavors. I've been cutting these in half and using them as a snack protein boost/additive every couple of days. Kind of like a cookie in the old days.... (or a half a bag). I know nothing about pork rinds. Aren't they fried pig skin/fat? I can't imagine that they's be on the ok list.

Hey Julie, I find that I want to snack, I find I am looking to snack when I am tired. For me I go to bed now when I am looking to snack but it is usually at bedtime so it works to go to sleep.
Do you know how to crochet, when I was in HS I lost 100 pounds on Weigh****chers, I would crochet whenever I was looking to snack. Boy did I have a lot of blankets that winter!

Don't feel so bad because I myself have been there as well. I work in the family business and that makes it even all the more harder for myself wanting to snack throughout the day. But, I have managed to pu****er in place of snacking, and it's helped so far. I had attended a seminar this past weekend and learned that if it crunches in your mouth (IE: like how potato chips would do), then it's not good to eat for you health wise. So, I hope I have offered a little bit of encouragement. Good luck and keep up the good work.
