Treasure Trove - vintage clothing?

I finally, finally got to get the remainder of my clothing at my ex-husband's house. I mean...I've been out of that house for over 2 years but because of his obsessive-compulsive book buying and storage... I couldn't get to my stuff in the one closet. I haven't seen this clothing in years since I moved it in there in probably 1998. The clothing is from two eras in my life...the early 1990s and the mid-1980s. I have some of the first clothing I bought for my first job out of college in 1982. All I know is that I found some great blouses anywhere from size 10 to size 16. I've got dresses...one that have memories. Some that I wore in the mid-1980s...then grew out of and then lost and got back into them back in around 1990 or so and of course I grew up of them again a year later. One skirt had an elastic section in the back that is dried out so that's headed for the trash. You should hear the crackling out of the dried elastic. LOL! I even have some wool skirts that I fit into at one time in my life that were my mothers when she was in her 20s. So those are of the 1950s vintage. Very classic styling. I plan on wearing a decent amount of this clothing when I fit into it. Some of it has such great memories for me...a Christmas party, my cruise to Alaska, etc... Ah, what fun... Kathy

at the elastic cracking sound. Got rid of some of those myself. Hey post some pics when you decide to wear some of the clothing you've found. Would love to see them!
