New Orleans in November - May Board Meet & Greet

Ok the contract is signed and she sent me this: "Each guest should call 888-627-7033 identifying themselves as being with the OH Mayer's Group. This should be set up by Thursday at the latest." She said you will need a credit card to guarantee the room but no charges will be incurred until you arrive. The hotel website is www.sheratonneworleans.com if you want to check out the facilities, we will be arriving Friday November 18th and checking out Sunday November 20th. So far here is the list of who has responded: 1. Aliya - Yes (my co co-ordinator) 2. Becky Sue - Maybe 3. Wanda G - Maybe 4. K'bears Mom - Maybe 5. Carrie - Yes 6. Ana C - Maybe 7. Jem - Maybe 8. Sabrina - Yes 9. Laurie - Maybe Anyone else that is going copy and paste the above list then add your name to the bottom, would like to get an idea of how many we have coming. ADDED NOTE I asked about the "by Thursday" comment, you should be able to make reservations by then (so tomorrow), all reservations need to be made by Oct. 19th.

It's Thursday and I tried to book. They told me they had no group listed under this name, nor under that price range. I am guessing they haven't processed your request yet. Sabrina

Sorry but make it a "no" for me. I was unable to get that Friday off as I had planned and to top it off my husband is off that weekend but is "on-call" so I'm not headed out to New Orleans as I really wanted. I'm really sorry :O( I hope you get enough gals/guys to join you because it sounds like a really fun trip and you all deserve it!
