working out?

I work out 6 days a week. Alternating upper body and lower body every other day. I do cardio 30 minutes on my weight training days and 1 hour if I dont lift. I have found that it helps with the inches and hopefully since I have been faithful at this for the last 4 weeks that in another 4 weeks the weight loss will really kick in since I am converting fat to muscle. The first week was hard but the it gets better and then yu find you dont feel too good if you miss a workout. You miss it and feel too sluggish. Hey when your doc releases you to work out go for it, we owe it to ourselves!! Be careful with the crunches if you had open RNY you dont want to get a hernia. Mine was LAP and so far so good.
