Short Term Goals...
1. Hit the onderfuls (I weighed 213 this morning so I'm almost there!).
2. Be in a size 16 jeans (this shouldn't be too much longer, I'm fitting very nicely in an 18 and I think that these last pesky 13lbs might just get me there).
After that, my next goals will be
3. Hit 186 (81lbs will be gone which is 70% of my excess weight)
4. Hit 174 (93lbs will be gone which is 80% of my excess weight)
**** 167 (100lbs will be gone. I hope to hit this by my six month in December)
6. Hit 164 (103lbs will be gone which is 90% of my excess weight)
7. Hit 151 (116lbs will be gone which is 100% of my excess weight)
8. Hit 150 (which is my goal for now)
However, I might settle for the 103lbs gone mark as my goal. That would put my BMI back in a healthly range. After thinking about Becky's post yesterday, I'm beginning to think that 150 might be too little for me. I am very big boned. I'm going to ask my doctor about it in November when I go for my six month checkup.
Hi All!
I hit my first goal which was to be under 300! (Started at 370!!)
Now I'm 2lbs. away from my second goal which is to lose 100lbs. I've lost 98 lbs. and am anxiously awaiting the lost of the next 2 lbs.
The third goal will be to get where I was when I graduated high school which was 225. (I will be less than my husband, 230!!!)
Fourth will be to be in the hundreds!!!
Final goal is 150!!
It's also fun to try on the smaller sizes. I started at a 5x-6x. Am now wearing a 30 jean and a 3x shirt. Tried on 28 jeans, got them zipped but I don't think I could've sat down!!!! My sister-in-law gave me some 22's. When I get them on, I will truly be amazed!!!!
I have a wedding in NJ next May and can't wait to go on the airplane with out the seat belt extender!!! I have never done that either.

My short term goals are:
1. To get into the Twotervilles. I'm 315.5 right now, so getting there!
2. To actually do my aerobic type of exercise (walking or water aerobics) 5 days a week with strength training 3 days a week. Today, makes the 4th day in a row that I've exercised, which is great for me!
3. Fit into an airline seat without an extender...that will be a big one for me as I have to travel for my work and currently I have to buy 2 seats!

Hmmm, my first short term goal is to be in the 260's by the end of the month. Hopefully will see that in a few days if all goes well.
Second short term goal would be to enter the Onderfuls before the first of the year.
Long term goal is that by next year when I move back to Europe I want to fly in the plane and feel comfortable in the seat, and not worry about invading the person next to me's space.
