Sorry for the double post. My short term goals... 1. To be down a total of 75 lbs (3/4 Century - LOL!)... I'm 1 lb away. 2. To be in the Onderfuls (under 200 lbs) ... I'm 2.5 lbs away. Beyond that...who knows... Kathy

My next goal is to be able to fit comfortably in an airline seat at the end of October. My next goal is to lose 100 post surgery pounds by my 6 month appointment on November 22, that would be me at 220 and a total of 150 pounds lost....wow it actually might happen. My next goal is to lose 10 more pounds, which would put me at a total lose of 100 pounds! I hope to accomplish this in the next 2 weeks or so. I haven't exercised in 4 days, because I was treated for an asthma attack on Saturday but I am going to start up again tomorrow, slowly. Good luck, everyone!! Stacy 346/256

Exercise!! I just moved my treadmill from my guest bedroom (where I will never use it) to my living room. It isn't very attractive smack in the middle of the room but neither is my fat a#@. I am committed to use it every day (M-F) for at least 30 min while I watch a morning tv show.

To get through one day with out To fit in to the size 26 jeans that I was just given. I started at at 34 w and am in a 28. Next will be the 26.

OH MY! Where do I start: Short term goal: hit the -70's....so.....3 more pounds. Short term goal: wear size 18's...in 20's now. Now....some future goals: 1. Be light enough for my husband to carry me in his arms. 2. Be able to perform more inovative sex positions...oops. 3. Chase after my 3 year old and actually catch him! 4. Wear my bathing suit and look somewhat "hot"! 5. Have some old boyfriends see me and wanta kick themselves!! I have many more but don't wanta bore ya!!

My #1 short term goal is to be 250 or less. I was 264 today at the gym. So, 14 more to go!! #2 is to be below my husband's weight (he's 212) #3, my goal weight of 175
