Good Morning and Happy Monday
Well, I'm up extra early this morning so I thought I'd enjoy a rare cup of fully leaded coffee and say Good Morning to all my May pals.
The baby woke up at about 4am, having soaked through her diaper, clothes, etc. Typically, when she wakes up at this time and comes upstairs, I throw her in bed with me and go back to sleep. However, with her being soaked, I had to get up and get her cleaned up. Since I get up at 5 or 5:30 on workdays, it was too late for me to go back to bed, so here I am!
I wish I could be one of those people that fall asleep and wake up on a whim, but, *sigh* I'm not. Had I gone back to bed, I would have laid there until about 4:45, fell asleep, and overslept...
Anyway, busy day, and week for me. I'm leaving after lunch to make the 2 hour trek to my 3 month follow-up, kind of excited about that! Wednesday, I'm leaving for Detroit for a seminar, coming home late Thursday night. Friday, I'm taking a half day to do girl-girl things...
Hope you guys have a great day today!

Good Morning Becky, I am here at an unusual time for me as well. I skipped the Gym this morning due to tired legs from walking for 6 or 7 hours yesterday at the fair.
I actually went on a roller coaster. I can not remember the last time I did that. Sure my eyes were closed and I screamed louder than any of the kids but I did it. I would not have fit in the seat last year.
I have a busy week ahead as well.
Have a great week. Julie
Morning, all!
Nice to see you so early. I don't usually get to see your smiling faces this early in the morning. I'm on mountain time zone, so what's early for me is the middle of the night for most people.
Good luck with your 3 month follow up, Becky, and congratulations on your scale moving!
I miss roller coasters. I used to live in Ohio, with two major amusement parks within a couple of hours. Now, to get to a good one I have to drive to California.
The good news is, I get to go to Disneyland in December, so I'll hit everything then!

Funny, I'm right there with you. I went to get my daughter up this morning and she had soaked EVERYTHING so I had to throw her in the bathtub before I could even think about getting her dressed. Needless to say, that put me behind for the day. Oh well, that will teach me to give her a sippy full of kool-aid (sugar free of course) at 9:00 at night..haha!
Good mornin Becky! I also can relate, my little Jacob has Type 1 Diabetes so if his blood glucose goes high during the night...he soaks everything, bless his heart. For about a month now my husband has a ritual of getting up at 2 a.m. to go ahead and change him and let him pee in a cup! Hubby says he loves that time because Jacob just hugs him for a long time. Anyway, have a good day!!!
