Whadja Eat Today? (8/9)
OK, here goes,
B: 1 cup skim with 1 packet CIB, 1 scoop AnyWhey, banana and ice (blended)
S: 1/4 cup FF cottage cheese
L: 1/4 cup chicken salad
D: 2 oz. grilled chicken, 10 snowpea pods w/sesame oil & sesame seeds
S: 1 oz. smoked chicken, 1 square Godiva SF dark chocolate (YUM)
Supplements: Centrum chewable, Biotin, Viactiv
Exercise: 25 minutes weight machines, 30 minutes stationary bike
Calories: 740 Protein: 70g
Thank goodness I am seeing the nurse at the surgeon's office next week. I have been feeling light-headed and think it's from not enough calories, but maybe it's iron. I never thought I'd say this, but it has been hard bumping up the calories, because I'm trying to do it with "smart" choices. The last thing I want to do is get back into junk food mode.
